The Doggos : Shipping, Cancellation and Refund Policy


We at The Doggos understand that welcoming a furry friend into your life is an exciting time, and we want to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for both you and your new pup. This policy outlines our shipping, cancellation, and refund procedures to help you make informed decisions.


  • Orders: We aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours of placement. However, during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays.
  • Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery within India typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can see the estimated shipping cost during checkout before placing your order.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this number to track your package’s progress on the courier’s website.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.


  • Pre-Shipment Cancellations: You can cancel your order without any penalty up to 24 hours after placing it. To cancel, please contact us through our website contact details or email us at support@thedoggos.in
  • Post-Shipment Cancellations: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you can return the product under our refund policy (see below).


  • Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned but you can return your unused and unopened product  only if it’s Damaged or Defective within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product or upon confirmation of the damage/defect. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • All returned products must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is not returned in accordance with our policy.
