The Doggos — Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy (India-only)
We aim to make ordering simple and stress-free. This page explains how we ship, cancel, and refund orders.
Shipping

Where we ship: Across India only (we do not offer international shipping).

Dispatch time: 24–48 business hours after order confirmation.

Delivery time: 3–5 business days for metros, 4–7 for other locations.

Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout (free shipping may apply during promotions).

COD: Available on select pincodes; a ₹50–₹75 COD fee may apply.

Tracking: You’ll receive SMS/Email tracking once your order is dispatched.
Order Cancellations

Pre-shipment: You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Email support@thedoggos.in with your order number.

Post-shipment: Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible. You may be eligible for a return under the policy below.
Returns & Refunds
For safety and hygiene, consumables (treats, supplements, oils, edibles) are not eligible for “change-of-mind” returns once opened.
You’re eligible for a refund/replacement if:

You received a damaged, leaking, defective, or wrong item, and
-
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo/video and the order number.
Conditions

Items must be unused and unopened, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

We may arrange pickup or ask you to ship the product back, depending on the pincode/courier.

Once the return is received/verified (or damage is confirmed), we’ll process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Not eligible
-
Opened/used items (except if the issue is damage/defect discovered on opening with proof).

Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

Requests made after the stipulated windows above.
